🛏️ Body Impressions & Mattress Care

Body impressions, sometimes called “body signature,” are a normal characteristic of quality mattresses. They occur as the comfort layers respond to your body’s shape.

✅ Indentations of up to 40mm on pillow-top mattresses and 25mm on non-pillow-top mattresses are considered normal use. Over time, a slight ridge may appear in the centre, especially on larger mattresses — this is not a fault.

To help minimise impressions and maintain comfort:

• Rotate your mattress end-to-end every two weeks for the first four months, then monthly thereafter.
• Ensure your base supports the mattress evenly. For slat bases, try placing the mattress on the floor overnight if impressions persist.
• Use all areas of the mattress to prevent ridges forming in the middle, especially on larger sizes.

✅ If impressions exceed the normal range or persist despite these steps, please continue with your claim. Otherwise, you may not need to take further action.

⚡ Adjustable Base – Not Working / Stuck / Zero G Issues

Before submitting your claim, please try the following troubleshooting steps. Often, these simple checks can resolve the issue quickly:

• Ensure the power supply is securely plugged into the wall socket.
• Check that the green light on the power supply unit (usually located on the floor) is illuminated.
• Confirm all cords are correctly connected to both the control box and the power supply.
• Replace the batteries in your remote with high-quality batteries.
• Re-sync the remote to the base following the instructions in your user manual.

Body impressions are normal indentations that can appear over time where your body usually rests. Measuring these correctly helps us assess your warranty claim accurately.

• Measure the depth of the indentation using an object with a straight edge like a broom stick.
• Take clear photos showing the full mattress and close-ups of the affected area.
• Include a photo of the product’s law tag showing the serial number.

🧼 Sanitising Your Mattress Before Service

To ensure the safety of our team and expedite your warranty claim, it's essential that your mattress is sanitised prior to any inspection or service.

• Extraction: Physically pulsating and penetrating to remove accumulated contaminants.
• Ultraviolet Sterilisation: Deactivates the DNA of biological stains and marks.
• Antibacterial Treatment: Cleans and protects the mattress surface.
• Anti-Allergen Treatment: Extracts dust mites and other allergens.

Why is this necessary? Sanitising your mattress helps eliminate dead skin, dust mites, and other particles that can trigger allergies or asthma. It also protects our staff during the handling and inspection process.

Important: If your mattress is found to be unsanitary upon inspection, we may require proof of professional sanitisation before proceeding with your warranty claim. Please retain the sanitisation receipt and present it during the inspection.
