Upon delivery, it is common for your mattress to appear slightly shorter in width, length, or both. This is normal, as size variances of up to 20mm +/- can occur. The mattresses undergo tight packing, storage, and transportation, which can result in a slight compression of the mattress. The mattress will always be equal to or smaller (within tolerance) than the size provided, so that it fits the intended bed frame or base. Rest assured, this is completely normal and to be expected. Your mattress will settle after a short period and recover to original size.
